More gas increase

Motorists should expect to pay at least $2.49 more for a litre of gasoline effective today.
The Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (Petrojam) announced that the price of a litre of 87 and 90 gasoline have been increased by $2.49.
One litre of unleaded 87 gasoline is to be sold for $68.50, while a litre of unleaded 90 gasoline will be sold for $69.94.
Automotive diesel oil will increased by $2.97 per litre and is to be sold for $72.94 per litre.
The price of kerosene will be increased by $2.93 per litre and will be sold for $73.85.
Cooking gas goes up by $2.44 per litre to sell for $41.21.
As is customary, retailers will add their respective mark ups to the announced prices.
