Thirty-two-year-old labourer, Christopher Edgehill, is to be sentenced on December 18 for the murder of 56-year-old Justice of the Peace Winston Chin and his wife Aileen.

Two other men charged for the crime are to reappear in the Home Circuit Court next Friday for a re-trial date.

The jury was unable to arrive at a verdict concerning the two men identified as phone technician Godfrey Williams and labourer Cecil Wright.

Chin and his wife, who operated Penny\'s Supermarket, in Annotto Bay, St Mary were shot several times during a robbery at their home at Bellfield, near Highgate on July 3, 2004.
