Frome student charged for murder

A 15 year old student of the Frome Technical High School in Westmoreland is to spend another two nights in police lockup.
The teenager was yesterday charged with the murder of Petersfield High schoolgirl 16 year old Nordia Campbell.
Campbell was stabbed to death last Wednesday when she went to visit a male friend who was recovering from a gunshot wound.
The police said when she got to the house the Frome student was already there.
They reportedly soon got into a fight.
Campbell was stabbed with a pair of scissors during the fight.
The Frome student is to appear in the Sav-La-Mar Resident Magistrate’s Court on Friday to answer to the charge.
