Constant Spring police probe man’s death

Detectives from the Constant Spring CIB are investigating the circumstances surrounding the stabbing death of a man at Dukharan Avenue, Kingston 8 last night.



Dead is Christopher Hawthorne, 42, of Rochdale Avenue, Kingston 3.

Police reports are that about 10:25 p.m., residents heard cries for help coming from a section of Dukharan Avenue. The police were called and on their arrival, Hawthorne was found on the roadway suffering from several stab wounds.



His Toyota Tercel motorcar was also seen crashed in a concrete wall. The injured man was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital where he died while being treated. Investigations continue.
