The Resurrection of Jesus Christ
Jesus, Jesus Christ, is risen!
His life for us, He had given
He had to die so that we may live,
Since for the sacrifice of sin, we had nothing to give.
Jesus, Jesus Christ, is risen!
He on the cross in the grave, our place, the Slain Lamb of God had taken
He was for us and to us, God’s ultimate and perfect gift
Now He closed between us and God, sins’ rift.
Jesus, Jesus Christ, is risen!
His words accept and have life’s assurance in all that He has spoken
At His death—darkness covered the earth
Confirming that only in Him, we have the new birth.
Jesus, Jesus Christ, is risen!
He conquered death, grave and the very gates of hell were broken
Of sins, we ask for forgiveness so He can pour in our hearts His love
Sealing our destiny to live with Him on earth and in heaven above.
Jesus, Jesus Christ, is risen!
Confidence in Him, like a rock will not be easily shaken
Even in the valley of the shadow of death I may walk
Yet in Him, I rest and with Him, forever I will talk.

Voices in a post-truth world
In a post-truth world, where shadows collide,
Voices of deceit whisper, and dreams subside.
Cowardly murmurs, like rust on the soul,
Oppressive and heavy, they stifle the whole.
Bold truths arise, like the dawn through the haze,
Champions roaring in a cacophony of praise.
They challenge the liars, confronting the fear,
With courage to fight, through the doubt and the smear.
Yet bullies will bellow, confusion their tool,
Twisting the narrative, they'll mock and they'll rule.
But within the chaos, a gentle voice calls,
Echoing grace, it breaks through the walls.
In the life, death, and resurrection’s embrace,
God’s voice resounds with unwavering grace.
Through Jesus the Christ, truth’s light shines so bright,
A beacon of hope in the blackest of nights.
So listen, dear heart, in the uproar and noise,
Seek out the true, the eternal, the joys.
For beyond every whisper, through trials and strife,
The voice of the Saviour brings fullness of life.

Rivers
When I speak,
The rivers listen
Deep flowing rivers
Light streams
Rivers
Mysterious Pools
The water hears my voice
Leaps
And applauds gently
Chuckles laughter
Moans deeply
The rivers speak with me
Swift flowing waterfalls
Deep sounding rhythms
Under rock
When the rivers answer me
I rejoice
And in my sleep
I dream of clear waters
Singing depths
And the quiet chatter
Of the rain.
