Feb 16: JMD sells for $121.82

The Jamaica dollar reclaimed around two cents of its value against the USD, settling at $121.82 on Tuesday in a heavy day of currency trading.
The JMD similarly reclaimed ground against the Canadian dollar, up 19 cents at $86.59, but declined by $2.56 against the pound, which settled at $174.54.
In the US dollar market, demand for currency rose above US$73 million, while dealers bought up just US$71 million.
