Stocks round up | 28 advance, 44 decline, 10 trade firm

The JSE Combined Index fell by 3,561.95 points or 0.75 per cent to close at 471,534.15.

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) combined index opened the week down on Monday with an advance/decline ratio of 28/44

The JSE Combined Index fell by 3,561.95 points or 0.75 per cent to close at 471,534.15.

The JSE Main Market Index lost 3,791.47 points or 0.79 per cent to close at 478,518.62, while the Junior Market Index was down 7.10 points or 0.24 per cent to close at 2,904.82.

The JSE USD Equities Index was down 7.02 points or 3.08 per cent to close at 221.13.

JMMB Group (7.25%) up 9.68 per cent closing at $1.70

Indies Pharma, down 10.84 per cent to close at $2.55,
Sygnus Credit Investments USD, down 10.50 per cent to close at US$0.19,
General Accident, down 9.06 per cent to close at $5.92.

Market volume
36.09 million units valued at over $150.99 million.
Volume leaders were Sagicor Select Financial followed by Wigton and MAILPAC.
