Yaksta gearing up to release debut album

The Bush Lawd Yaksta made his Fireworks on the Waterfront debut in front of hundreds who are gathered at the Kingston Waterfront for the return of the annual New Year's Eve event.
"It was spectacular... splendid...everything that starts with 'spee'. A Waterfront we deh and nutten nuh water down. The fans dem love it, and I really enjoyed myself, " Yaksta told The Gleaner.
Yaksta has enjoyed a tremendous year in 2022 and is gearing up to release his debut album next year.
"The year 2021 was the origin of Yaksta the Bush Lawd himself, and 2022 has been the year of accolades... 2023 will be the year of tremendous works delivering diversity. Next year will also be a year of spiritualism for Yaksta. I will [now be] walking in the path that is carved out for Yaksta because I was still searching, to be honest. I was still wondering what was the right thing to do. It will be just positivity all the way," the fast-rising singer pledged.
Yaksta is popular for songs such as Ambition, St Mary, Ready and Fête Life which he rolled off to an appreciative crowd on the Waterfront.
