Premium sips for Carnival with Hennessy

Carnival is one of the biggest festivals in the region and every year scores of local and international revellers make the trek across the globe to enjoy the festivities. This year for the Road March Parade, the world’s leading cognac, Hennessy, has been onboarded for carnival as a premium spirit partner and in addition to their suite of elaborate activities for the season, they are prepared to serve up premium cocktails and mixes on the road for patrons. Revellers can be on the lookout to enjoy the warmth of Hennessy Ginger or the refreshing taste of Hennessy Berry cocktails.

The signature ingredient for both cocktails is the popular Hennessy Very Special or ‘VS’ for short, edition. Hennessy VS is a deep amber-coloured cognac that is carefully matured in oak barrels. This cognac is bold and fragrant with intense toasted and fruity notes that entices the palate with a rich flavour that appeals to the senses.

Hennessy Berry

Ingredients:

1½ oz Hennessy VS

2oz Red Cranberry Juice

½oz Pineapple Juice

Pineapple Wedges

Method:

Build over ice in a rock glass in order: Hennessy VS, Red Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice and Pineapple wedges for garnish. Stir, serve and enjoy.

Hennessy Ginger

Ingredients:

1½ oz Hennessy VS

3½ oz Ginger Ale

Lime Wheels

Method:
