Attrition rate at Ministry of Justice appalling

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Probably no one cares, but I am appalled by the high attrition rate of workers at the Ministry of Justice. Has anyone been taking note of how many vacant positions are at that ministry, and the frequency of advertisements? No, it's not because the Government is creating jobs. Every few months, workers come and workers go. But what is the real problem?

Someone needs to investigate the operations and management of the Ministry of Justice.

I am calling on the powers that be to account to the taxpayers why resources are being wasted recruiting valuable workers, yet within a few months, the positions are advertised again. The technocrats need to be held accountable and explain to the country what is happening.
