Water misery in Westmoreland Central

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Many areas in Central Westmoreland have been experiencing a lack of water, and in other areas, low water pressure. Areas without water are Welcome, Porters Mountain, and Bird Mountain. Those having low water pressure include Petersfield, Straw Berry, Logwood, and Bath.

I need not to tell the National Water Commission (NWC) how disruptive these conditions have been in the lives of these citizens, who also complained that although NWC fails to provide them with water, they are being sent big bills.

The problems have been reported to the NWC, but they have not been corrected. I call on the NWC to correct the problems that have been plaguing these communities for too long.
