Great service at Spalding Health Centre’s dental clinic
THE EDITOR, Madam:
On Tuesday, June 20, I visited the dental clinic at Spalding Health Centre to have a dental procedure done. Honestly, because of deep hidden fear of dentists, I entered the facility tensed. However, my fear was allayed just by speaking with the nurse, who I found to be welcoming, helpful, and understanding. She did the preliminaries, and guided me through the process which was to be undertaken, for which I was so thankful.
I was impressed and taken by surprise to see the equipment and, importantly, the facility was clean.
The dentist was pleasant, accommodating, respectful and courteous. This made me relaxed as I sat on the dentist’s chair. She explained the process to me; needless to say, she did her job with confidence and showed that she was adept at what she did. When it was all over I thought that it was a pleasant experience.
For the dental team, to which I was referred to, it was professionalism at its highest at work. Congratulations on the mission to which you are called to serve humanity.
I am, as others are, eternally grateful for their help. I commit them, therefore, in the guiding hands of the almighty.
A GRATEFUL SENIOR CITIZEN
