Williams says teacher resignations down 43 per cent

People here commenting without the requisite comprehension skills. The statistics isn’t necessarily off. It speaks to resignations. Teachers who applied for leave for four or eight months are not counted as having resigned unless they have indicated that they have resigned. The ministry can only consider those as leaves because that’s what the teachers indicated. – @avoniel
