JPS customers to pay more

U all caan bear to see ppl happy ... we on a high from World Champs and unoo just use a pin and buss ppl bubble. – @sherylg2k

Now, explain how Jamaica is a good place to do business but have such high energy prices? Never mind the subtle efforts of JPS to keep customers on their broken-down grid. – @MrR3N01

I am tired of this! The review nuh find say dem need to reassess their pricing structure downward. – @culchateacha

Give us a break. – @Alexander_1link

One time ago, this was seen as bad governance. So much things change with change of admin/party. – @stephan0523

Have @myJPSonline customers ever paid less? – @TroyOptimus

@myJPSonline ... doing this in the midst of summer when there’s already an increase in usage is really terrible timing. – @AllisonMais

Watch man solar installation soon. – @nella-bar

So, they can’t sorry for us in this heat? – @powellnatasha_

Merciful Saviour, please come to our rescue. Can some owners in the solar energy sector please provide us with an affordable way to procure solar power so we can do away with JPS? – @netwavesolutionsja.ltd

So, what, we weren’t paying enough already? – @krizrampage

This is why I advocate for prepaid light. Unno try it. You generally save 35 per cent more, because you can watch your consumption in real time. But, the greatest benefit is that there are no surprises. Believe me when I say it can make your life a lot less stressful. Ask JPS if it’s available in your area and go for it! - @sherietasings

Yep, I saw it in my most recent bill! I’m that close to unplugging my fridge and just leaving the Internet plugged in! – @thecarybbeancee

I keep seeing ‘increase this, pay more that’. Where are the jobs and increased wages to assist with all these expenses? – @kimiki_capricorn

We already can’t pay! – @anto_neil

This is the year of increase. Who else up for increase? Just make the list let me see who I can do without. – @rohanforbes3

@andrewholnessjm Sir, we need other alternatives! Your people are suffering. – @djaythompson

Here we go again. More increase on the cost of living and our salaries remain the same. – @keshann2205

And you know why they will continue to do this? Because Jamaicans do nothing but whine and complain. They don’t problem-solve, they don’t unite, they don’t stand for anything. I’m sure if we all get up one day and decided enough is enough, the government would have to find some way to roll back the JPS energy monopoly and welcome a second energy provider. But a only mouth strength we have pan social media. – @chevaughn.beckford

These bills are examples of the riddle ...”what goes up but never goes down?” Jeezas a tiaad! – @tanicaplummer
