THE EDITOR, Madam:

I am writing to express my ongoing concerns and dissatisfaction with the T-TAG service.

Significant issues repeatedly encountered have caused not only inconvenience but also mental and emotional distress.

A major problem is the frequent malfunctioning of the only T-TAG lane. It’s common to find this lane out of order, significantly impacting service efficiency. This leads to extended waiting times, long lines, and considerable delays, often resulting in traffic pile-ups that exacerbate the situation.

These inefficiencies extend beyond time loss. The average T-TAG user, commuting six days a week, faces a substantial financial burden. For example, spending $600 per trip totals an astonishing $28,800 monthly. This expense, combined with service disruptions, makes the experience extremely frustrating.

I recommend redirecting some marketing funds towards improving the T-TAG service for its customers. Prompt and efficient resolution of these issues is essential. The T-TAG service must operate at a standard that justifies its cost and meets customer expectations.
