JPS customer care centre out of service, temporarily

The Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) says its 24-hour Customer Care Centre is temporarily out of service.
As a result, customers will not be able to make contact through its toll free numbers: 1-888-225-5577 and 1-888-935-5577.
JPS says its technology team is currently working to have the issue resolved.
It says customers, where possible, should make contact through its website and social media platforms at: www.jpsco.com; myjpsonline on Facebook and Twitter.
