Policeman shot and injured on JUTC bus

A policeman was shot and injured on a Jamaica Urban Transit Company bus in Papine, St Andrew a short while ago.
The off duty policeman was a passenger on a number 77 bus which was traveling along the John Golding Avenue when he was shot.
The gunmen allegedly made their escape through the Papine Market.
The extent of the policeman's injuries could not be immediately ascertained.
