The murder cases against reputed leader of the Rose Town-based Discipline Gang, Uriel James, have been put off until Wednesday.
On that day, the Home Circuit Court will make a decision as to how the cases will proceed.
James, more popularly known as Rooksie, is before the court in relation to three separate murder cases - the 2011 murder of James Anderson; the 2004 murder of Sean James; and the killing of another man in 1999.
James was arrested in March 2013 after the police held him with what they said was a list of witnesses in several criminal cases against him.
At the time of his arrest, he was on bail on charges of murder and shooting with intent.
