Man arrested after illegal revolver, ammo found

The Kingston Central police have arrested a man who was reportedly found with an illegal firearm and four rounds of ammunition during an operation on North Street, Kingston yesterday.

Reports are that about noon, a premises was searched on North Street and a Smith and Wesson .38 revolver with two .38 rounds and two 9-millimetre rounds were seized.

The man's identity is being withheld pending further investigations.
