Police seek identity of man killed in Westmoreland hit-and-run

Westmoreland Police detectives are seeking the help of the public to identify the body of a male whose body was found on Auchindown main road in Whitehouse, Westmoreland on Wednesday.

It is of dark complexion, slim build and was clad in a white shirt and beige pants.

The Whitehouse Police say the man was walking along the roadway when he was hit by a motor car which did not stop.

He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
