23-year-old biker dies in Little London crash, pillion rider hospitalised

A 23-year-old man was killed and another man seriously injured yesterday when the motorcycle they were travelling on crashed into a car in Little London, Westmoreland.
The dead man has been identified as Carl Kerr of Darling Street, Savanna-la-Mar.
Reports are that Kerr and the pillion were travelling on the motorcycle along the Bay Road about 7:30 in the evening when they crashed into a car that was in the process of making a right turn.
The crash occurred while Kerr was reportedly overtaking a line of vehicles and a car in the line attempted to make a right turn.
He died on the spot while the pillion is admitted to hospital in serious condition.
