Another protest by teachers at Central High

Teachers at Central High School in May Pen, Clarendon today blocked the entrance to the institution in another protest.

Yesterday, they staged a sit-in.

The teachers say the protests stem from ongoing issues with the leadership of the school’s chairman.

According to them, their concerns have gone unaddressed despite promises.  

They are demanding the chairman’s resignation.
