Water woes for sections of St Ann

The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising its Roaring River Relift Station in St Ann will be shutdown from tomorrow until Saturday to correct a mechanical problem.
The shutdown will run from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m on Saturday, April 13.
As a result, there will be water supply disruptions to the communities served by the plant until the corrective maintenance work is completed.
Areas to be affected include Chalky Hill, Davis Town, Hermitage, Malvern Park and surroundings.
Customers in the affected areas are being urged to store water where possible for use during this period of disruption.
The NWC says it will be providing relief trucking on a scheduled basis to the affected areas.
