Chief Executive Officer of the NCB Foundation Nadeen Matthews Blair celebrates with a group of scholars after it was revealed that they were parish champions, and would each receive a scholarship of $300,000 per year for the duration of their studies, at the premiere of the NCB Foundation Scholarships Programme 2019. Twenty-eight finalists were invited to participate in a two-day programme in Kingston on Thursday, August 15.
