Flooding affecting NWC plant in Manchester

The National Water Commission is reporting that its Moravia Treatment plant in Manchester is operating at 50% capacity due to flooding.
As a result, customers served by this facility are experiencing either low or no water.
Areas affected include Christiana, Coleyville, Chudleigh, Malton, Molliston, Devon, Farm, Richmond, Sedburgh, Silent Hill, Dump, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
