Counterfeit footwear seized by C-TOC in Kingston, man arrested

Detectives assigned to the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC) on Wednesday seized a large quantity of counterfeit goods during an operation on Barry Street in downtown Kingston.
A man was arrested in relation to the seizure.
The police report that lawmen were in the area when an establishment was searched.
During the search of the premises, several Crocs footwear, which are believed to be counterfeit, were being sold, according to the police.
The police say the seizure has an estimated street value of over $100 million.
The identity of the man in custody is being withheld pending further investigations.
Investigations continue.
