Fire guts section of Port Royal Basic School

Fire of unknown origin gutted a section of the Port Royal Basic School on Thursday.
It's reported that about 9 p.m., fire was observed coming from a section of the board and concrete structure.
A unit from the nearby Port Royal Fire Station responded and extinguished the blaze.
It was later observed that two classrooms were gutted.
Other sections, such as the offices, were affected by smoke.
The building was not insured.
