MANUFACTURING GIANT Red Stripe is once again poised to cultivate the next generation of leaders with its annual mentorship programme. Building on the resounding success of last year’s initiative which saw commendable employee growth and promotions, the management team has selected 12 promising individuals to participate in a 10-month mentorship journey.

Paired with dedicated mentors, these 12 mentees join 48 graduates, spanning three cohorts, to engage in a comprehensive series of activities to foster personal and professional development. This programme is a critical component of Red Stripe’s Employee Development Programme, which supports academic pursuits each year, empowers employees to set and achieve ambitious goals, and provides valuable developmental opportunities.

Facilitated through Red Stripe’s people function, the annual mentorship programme embraces a holistic, cross-functional approach. Its overarching goal is to enrich and upskill all participants, cultivating a cadre of leaders poised to take on the company’s leadership mantle.
