Seven shot, three fatally, at bar in Westmoreland
Seven people were shot, three fatally, at a bar Frome, Westmoreland early Wednesday morning.
The deceased have been identified as Everol Rowe, a shop owner and broom maker of a Frome address; Kemar Smith, otherwise called 'Beenie Bud,' of Savanna-la-mar; and Andre McDonald, of a Gully Banks address in Savanna-la-mar, all in Westmoreland.

The other four victims were all admitted.
