Gunman disarmed by residents in Hanover, firearm handed over to police

Three men are now on the run after being disarmed by residents in Mount Peace, Lucea, Hanover on Saturday.
It is reported that about 10 a.m., the three men approached another man with whom they had a prior dispute.
It is alleged that one of the suspects brandished a firearm and threatened the victim.
Residents in the vicinity witnessed the incident and intervened, successfully disarming the assailant.
The three suspects then fled the scene, prompting the residents to contact the police.
The firearm was subsequently handed over to them.
Lawmen in Hanover are currently searching for the suspects.
Investigations continue.
