Bail was today denied and a psychiatric evaluation ordered in the St Catherine Parish Court for the woman charged for allegedly making threats in a video posted to social media following the shooting death of reputed don Othneil ‘Thickman’ Lobban by the police.

Dhana Keisha Warren, 22, of May Pen in Clarendon, is charged with malicious communication.

Today, her attorney Rodain Richardson made a lengthy bail application, telling the court that she is a fit candidate to be released on her recognizance.

"Your honour, I am instructed that my client does not know or is affiliated to anyone in the gang of which Thickman was a part," Richardson said.

"My client was out partying heavily when the video was made and has no knowledge of it [the video] going viral. In fact, she only knew after a family member told her that she was on TikTok on her phone, she was more than astonished," Richardson continued.

He told the court that Warren was a mental illness outpatient, which may cause her to be exploited by others who had access to the phone.

The attorney also told the court that she is a mother of a young child and is likely to be pregnant at this point and is desirous of bail.

However, in arguing against bail, the Clerk of Court told the court that an investigation revealed that Warren is deeply involved with senior gangsters in St Catherine.

The court was further informed that her affiliation is likely to incite violence against crown witnesses and even law enforcement officers, therefore the accused should be remanded.

The court was told that Warren is a hairdresser, a nail technician, and a dancer.

Bail was denied by Senior Parish Court Judge Yvette Wentworth-Miller and she was remanded until March 4.

Allegations are that on January 23, the accused posted on her TikTok account that police personnel who fatally shot "Thickman", also called "One Daddy Badness", will be attacked.

An investigation was launched and Warren was arrested in Clarendon.

She was charged following a question and answer session.
