Man arrested after firearm seized on Maxfield Avenue

A man has been arrested over the seizure of a firearm on Maxfield Avenue in St Andrew on Friday morning.
The Taurus 9mm pistol was affixed with an empty magazine, a police statement said.
The Hunts Bay police said the gun was found during the search of a premises at about 9:03 a.m.
A police team was conducting an operation in the area.
The man was reportedly occupying the premises.
