Man on bicycle killed in Yallahs collision
A 40-year-old man on a bicycle succumbed to injuries sustained in a traffic collision in St Thomas last night.
He has been identified as Robert Turner, a merchandiser from the Pondside district in the parish.
Reports are that around 9:45 p.m., Turner was riding a bicycle along the Albion main road in Yallahs when he collided with a Toyota Probox motor car.
He sustained severe injuries and was taken to the Princess Margaret Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The 43-year-old driver of the motor car was warned for prosecution.
The Morant Bay Traffic Department is investigating the incident.
