Cavalier and Mount Pleasant drawn in Zones A and B of Caribbean Cup

Jamaican clubs Mount Pleasant Football Academy and Cavalier have been drawn in Zones A and B of the Concacaf Caribbean Cup.
The live draw was held earlier today.
Mount Pleasant, the Jamaica Premier League (JPL) runner-up, will face Suriname’s SV Robinhood, Trinidadian club Central FC, and O&M of the Dominican Republic in Group A of the tournament.
They will also be joined by the champions of the upcoming Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Club Shield tournament.
Cavalier, reigning JPL champions, will contest Group B alongside Cibao FC of the Dominican Republic, Trinidadian outfit Defence Force, and Juventus de Cayes of Haiti.
The remaining spot in Group B will be filled by the CFU Club Shield runner-up.
The Caribbean Cup is set to kick off with the first week of action starting August 19.
