A True Caribbean Fiesta

A true Caribbean tropical fiesta disturbed the calm Stony Hill residence of security conglomerate head Kenny Benjamin on Friday, May 15. It was invaded by the Latin American Women's Club as they hosted one of their annual fundraising events.
Dubbed a Tropical Dance Party by the non-profit organisation, guests were welcomed with lei to complement their tropical outfits.
The night was punctuated with peals of laughter as guests mingled before making their way to the buffet to partake of the delectable spread which included: barbecue chicken, Spanish rice, salads, roast sausage and pork, and a variety of cheeses and cakes to satiate those with a sweet tooth. This was accompanied by a drink of choice.
With stomachs full, it was time to satisfy another desire - to dance. Guests could not contain themselves when they heard their favourite songs. They let their hair down as some hurried to the dance floor to get a piece of the action. The dance floor was soon flooded with gyrating body parts as guests enjoyed a variety of genres, including Latin, reggae and calypso.
