CAB Celebrates 10
When you have good food, great guests and a master of ceremonies like Fae Ellington, you know you are in for a jolly good time. Caribbean Assurance Brokers Limited recently turned, 10 and there was no better way to celebrate the decade than at its new location at 94 Hope Road last week Thursday.
The evening started off with cocktails and a buffet dinner, during which members of staff and clients interacted. The official proceedings started shortly after 7 p.m. when Ellington took over.
Chief Executive Officer Raymond Walker said the journey has not been easy. Having gone through it, he advises others who may want to start their own company to make sure they have a deep love for it, and not go into it thinking it would be smooth sailing. He stressed that they need to think it through and expect challenges.
The guest speaker for the evening, Minister Horace Dalley, also gave an inspiring and encouraging message about growth. He noted that he expected to see Caribbean Assurance Brokers Limited continue to be successful and expects a call to attend a similar function when they celebrate their 20th anniversary.
The company then rewarded its long-standing customers, who never wavered and trusted such a young company with their insurance needs. Members of staff were also presented with long-service awards.
