Jamaica's Delano Kennedy won the Boys Under 20 400m title at the Carifta Games in Kingston on Saturday.
Kennedy took gold in 46.66 seconds ahead of teammate Shemar Palmer, who was second in 46.97 seconds. Amal Glasgow of St Vincent and the Grenadines was third in 47.06.
It was also a one-two finish in the Under 17 final for Jamaica as Marcinho Rose captured the title in 48.41 seconds ahead of teammate Tahj Marques White, who clocked 48.82 seconds. Kaiyin Morris of Trinidad and Tobago was third in 49.01.
