Concacaf to hold moment of silence at games in honour of Jedine Carr

All eight countries participating the Concacaf Women’s Championship in Monterrey, Mexico will observe a moment of silence in honour of the passing of National Under 15 player Jedine Carr at games on Monday. The moments silence will see players recognising her at the start and there will also be a display on the videoboards.
Carr died under tragic circumstances while on her way to football training last Friday.
The Jamaica Football Federation has thanked Concacaf for understanding the grief Jamaica is feeling and for facilitating the moment of recognition.
The games scheduled today are: Canada vs Costa Rica and Panama vs Trinidad and Tobago at 6 p.m. Then at 9 p.m. the United States go up against Mexico and Jamaica tackle Haiti.
