World U-20 | Two Jamaicans advance to men's triple jump final

Jamaica's two representatives, Jaydon Hibbert and Royan Walters, Thursday, qualified for the men's triple jump final of the World Under-20 Championships at the Pascual Guerrero Olympic Stadium in Cali, Colombia.
Hibbert will enter the final with the best qualifying standard, as he leapt 16.37 metres in pool B with Walters competing in pool A and doing 15.29 metres for seventh.
The distance ensured that Hibbert advanced to the final as one of the automatic qualifiers, while Walters was one of six that progressed as one of the best jumpers from the minor placings.
