#Carifta2023 |Roshawn Clarke defends 400 hurdles title

A stumble over the final barrier in the men’s under-20 400-metre Hurdles at the 50th Carifta Games inside the Thomas A Robinson Stadium in Nassau, Bahamas may have cost Roshawn Clarke a record, but it had no bearing on dominanc.

Clarke mined the only gold of the four on offer over the distance, clocking 49.92 seconds, and witnessed his teammate, Antonio Forbes, 51.72, come through for a well-earned silver medal.

Shimar Bain of the Bahamas was third in 52.48 seconds.
