New lass for 'Harry Potter'
Daniel Radcliffe has a new girlfriend. The Harry Potter star has been inseparable from a mystery brunette for the past few weeks, according to reports.
The 21 year-old actor - who has an estimated £42 million fortune - and his new love were spotted smiling and laughing as they strolled to the shops near Daniel's west London home and spent the day watching cricket at the Oval ground in south London together. Daniel, who has been single since splitting from his Equus co-star Laura O'Toole in January 2008, invited the unnamed girl to accompany him on a recent trip to Russia to celebrate his 21st birthday.
Maybe Daniel is feeling the need to settle down, as last year he revealed he can't wait to become a father. He admitted he is determined to settle down and start a family and plans to take time away from the film industry when he does become a parent.
Lindsay stops with Mom
Lindsay Lohan enjoyed an emotional reunion with her mother after being released from prison. The actress, who left the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, after serving just 13 days of a 90-day sentence, hugged Dina Lohan before checking into the UCLA Medical Center to begin her court-ordered 90-day rehab stint.
Dina said: "I was finally able to hug my daughter after two long weeks of speaking to her from behind a glass wall. Lindsay is doing well and is appreciative of the hundreds of well-wishes she has received."
Despite Lindsay's estranged father, Michael Lohan, claiming the family was upset with her receiving treatment at the facility, Dina insists they are very happy with the help she is getting. She said: "Lindsay is with the utmost professionals and is in very good hands. I refuse to respond to any of my ex-husband's false allegations about myself or my family."
It had been claimed Lindsay will be isolated from her family during her stay in the rehab facility, a move Michael blasted as "stupid". He said: "It is beyond a reasonable doubt, stupid. Part of Lindsay's healing process is mending fences with her family." Michael has since spoken about Lindsay's release and said prison could have helped save his daughter's life.
J.Lo runs tight house
Jennifer Lopez has revealed she is the strict parent in her household.
The singer-and-actress insists husband Marc Anthony is like 'mush' when it comes to disciplining their two year-old twins Max and Emme. The 41year-old star explained: "He's a passionate person, and he's the same way with his kids and I love it. When it comes to all his kids he's mush, whatever they want."
Marc also has two sons, Cristian and Ryan, from his relationship with ex-wife Dayanara Torres. Lopez explained: "I'm the one who keeps everybody on schedule, like, "Got to go to bed at this time, got to eat something." I was talking about this with somebody - they asked, "Do you still love working?" I said, "I just do it quicker." I don't have all the time in the world anymore."
Although Jennifer always planned to go back to work after having her twins, she now feels guilty when she leaves them. She said: "In my mind, I first felt like, 'Oh, I'll be back to work right after the babies are born." But then you don't want to. Even now, it's very difficult for me to leave them in the morning. It just tortures me. I'm like, 'It's been hours; are they wondering where I am? Do they know that I love them so much and I'm thinking only about them?'"
Charlie Sheen sentenced
Charlie Sheen has pleaded guilty to misdemeanour assault. The actor appeared in court in Aspen, Colorado, where he was sentenced to 30 days in rehab and given a 30-day suspended prison sentence, after agreeing a plea bargain deal on charges relating to a domestic incident with wife Brooke Mueller last Christmas Day. He was also sentenced to three months probation and must complete 36 hours of domestic violence counselling.
In a statement after sentencing, the 44-year-old star said: "I'm very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court's decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me."
The actor's lawyer, Yale Galanter, was pleased with the court's decision, saying: "Charlie got a great sentence and I am privileged to have been able to do this for him." Charlie is due to return to filming Two and a Half Men and the lawyer says his client is looking forward to the future with Brooke and their 16 month-old twin sons Bob and Max. Yale said: "I am not a fortune teller, so I can't be sure what will happen between them. But Charlie goes back to work tomorrow. He wants to move on with his life in a positive way."
As well as Bob and Max, Charlie also has daughters Cassandra, Sam, and five year-old Lola from previous relationships.
Kate follows her muse?
Kate Hudson is planning to move to England to be with her Muse rocker boyfriend Matt Bellamy. The 31-year-old actress, who has been dating the British musician for just four months, is ready to quit Los Angeles and set up home in the UK capital with Matt, 32. A friend of the Hollywood star said: "Kate's been swept off her feet. She's not only fallen in love with Matt, but also with the idea of starting a new life in Europe. The plan is for them to divide their time between his London apartment and his home in Lake Como, Italy. She's already started moving her things over. She couldn't be more excited."
Kate has become obsessed with the UK since Matt showed her the beauty of the English countryside, including the place where he spent his childhood. The friend added: "Matt's introduced Kate to a world she never knew. He's shown her around the English countryside, taken her to Devon and Cambridge, where he grew up, and Ireland, where his mother was born. She's found a man she truly believes she can settle down with. She's truly excited about starting her new life."
Kate, who has a six-year-old son, Ryder, from her marriage to Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson, is also planning on landing a theatre role in London's West End. Last week, it was claimed the couple were also looking for a property in New York.
