Plane sent for rescued nationals in T&T

Venezuela (CMC):

The Venezuelan government has sent a chartered plane to Trinidad and Tobago to bring back home a group of 10 Venezuelans who were rescued after going missing at sea last Saturday.

"On Tuesday night, a plane went to bring back the compatriots rescued in Trinidad and Tobago," Venezuelan Interior and Justice Minister Tarek El Aissami said.

El Aissami gave no further details.

He said the missing Venezuelans had been rescued by a Trinidad and Tobago fishing boat.

According to local media reports, three vessels sailing from Tesitgos Archipelago to Margarita Island off the northeast of Venezuela went missing on Saturday.
