Tarrus in command performance tonight at Studio 38
Tarrus Riley steps onto the Studio 38 stage for the first time tonight, for what he promises will be a special command performance. Riley will be backed by Dean Fraser and the Black Soil band.
Says Riley, in his Studio 38 drop now airing on radio: "Come start off the new year at Studio 38, I'll be there, up close and personal, providing live music for your soul." Truth be told, Riley is not known to disappoint his fans and tonight is not expected to be any different.
In fact, he plans a special extended performance in the intimate Studio 38 setting.
Riley's performance tonight completes a big show and party weekend at Studio 38, which started as early as Wednesday with the biggest 98-38 old-school dance party since the event's inception earlier this year. Then it was on to Beenie man on Thursday, ahead of New Year's Eve with Pluto Shervington, on Friday.
'Sizzling' is the term being used by Studio 38, located at the Pulse Centre on Trafalgar Road, to describe the weekend of shows and parties, and it is anticipated that fans will come out in their numbers for tonight's finale.
Event hotlines are 361-0574 and 960-0049.
