United States (AP):

Authorities in southern Arizona say six people were stabbed yesterday after a fight broke out during a house party.

Pima County sheriff's spokesman Jason Ogan said the victims ranged in age from 18 to 22, and none of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening.

Authorities said an argument escalated at the home in northwest Tucson when a 21-year-old man pulled out a knife and began swinging it at fellow partygoers.

Deputies were called just before 5 a.m. Sunday, but some of the victims had already been driven to hospitals by that time.

The suspect has been arrested on aggravated assault charges.
