JOHANNESBURG (AP): South African railway officials say two trains collided outside South Africa's capital city Pretoria killing two and injuring 200.

Metrorail spokeswoman Lillian Mofokeng said yesterday that a train driver and a passenger died in the collision. Mofokeng says rescue workers visited the scene and attended to injured passengers. She says the cause of the crash is unknown.

South Africa has poor and unsafe transport infrastructure.
