JDIP queries

The Editor, Sir:
Is there someplace where the public can contact in order to establish a timetable for road repairs under the present JDIP?
I have seen signs in my area suggesting 'imminent' repairs.
However, those signs were installed many moons ago, but there has been no sign of repairs.
