Summer Teen Cuisine

Heather Little-White & Associates will this year offer the course 'Teen Cuisine' from July 18 to 22, at 6 Windsor Avenue, St Andrew, for teenagers.

The course is designed to teach teenagers cooking techniques that will widen their appreciation for food and beverages, with emphasis on the creative use of locally produced foods. Participants will also be exposed to table setting, etiquette and social graces.

Teenagers will also learn to discern foods that are nutritionally sound and will prepare them during the course. Cooking skills learned in the course will be helpful to participants when they are home alone after school.
