Efficient, pleasant service at passport office

The Editor, Sir:

Kudos to the staff of the Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency. In all my years of going to a government institution, I have never received such efficient and pleasant service.

My family and I went there on August 8 to renew the kids' passports. We were in and out in 30 minutes. We were told to come back for the renewed passports on August 16.

On August 16, I indeed received the new passports.
