1 The property is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality and owned by Sagicor. We have a general manager, hotel manager, executive assistant manager, executive chef, and assistant food and beverage manager, and they are all foodies. So food and beverage is our passion.

2 Platinum is in an all-inclusive resort. It is one of six restaurants that we have on property, and is the only one that requires tailored pants and collared shirt for gentlemen.

3 Our staff at Platinum are all professionals and don white gloves during service. They are warm, friendly, and have a phenomenal sense of humour.

4 It is a continental Caribbean cuisine with a fusion of local dishes. For example we have a breadfruit cream soup with a ginger fritter garnish that is absolutely delicious.

5 Ravi Anne is a certified executive chef of Indian heritage, but has been in the Caribbean for over 12 years. He is a member of the Jamaican National Culinary team and involved in many culinary organisations across the island. He is an entrepreneur and also working for his master chef honours. His passion to promote our young local cooks to chef status sets him apart from many others.
