If you want to take in the view while dining, guests can choose to have their meals on the patio. - Colin Hamilton/freelance photographer

The location is special … there's no question of its special position! Three thousand one hundred feet above Kingston's lights and set at the top of the deep valleys of the Blue Mountains. Romantic and awesome!

The menu is special … the ingredients used and the flavours achieved are derived from organically grown produce from Pantrepant (our own farm in Trelawny). Local seafood, vegetables, and meats are used to create a cuisine that is both international and Jamaican. Menu items are designed to appeal to both healthy dining and the dietary needs of all of our guests.

Our chefs are well versed and trained to produce some incredible dishes, infusing some great Jamaican flavours with an international flair.

The staff offer great hospitality and unhindered service. They possess a natural and sincere approach that immediately shines through when you are greeted.

The management structure is geared towards personal service. It's based on a hands-on approach which ensures both support for staff and personal guest contact.
